These Terms and Conditions explain the rules for accessing PHSuper, opening and maintaining an account, making PHP transactions, using promotions, placing wagers, and managing responsible play. Please read the entire document before registering or using the service.
By registering, logging in, depositing, claiming a promotion, placing a wager, or otherwise using PHSuper, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not create an account or continue using the service. These terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming information.

These Terms and Conditions govern access to the PHSuper website, account functions, games, betting markets, promotions, payment services, and related features. “Player”, “member”, “you”, and “your” refer to the registered or visiting user. “We”, “our”, and “the service” refer to PHSuper where the context permits.
Your continued use of PHSuper forms an agreement to follow the version of these terms displayed on this page. Additional rules may appear beside a game, market, bonus, competition, or transaction option. Those specific rules form part of the agreement and should be reviewed before participation.

You must not create a PHSuper account for another person, allow another person to control your account, or transfer ownership. Employees, contractors, excluded persons, and other restricted participants may not use the service where an applicable policy prohibits participation.
You are responsible for protecting your PHSuper password, verification codes, device access, and login details. Use a strong password that is not reused on another service. Never share one-time codes or leave an account open on a public or shared device.
Activity completed through valid credentials may be treated as activity authorised by the account holder unless PHSuper determines otherwise after review. Notify the support team promptly if you notice an unfamiliar login, transaction, wager, or account change. PHSuper may temporarily restrict access to protect the account while the matter is checked.
PHSuper accounts operate in Philippine pesos where PHP is displayed. Available methods may include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfer, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and Visa or Mastercard bank cards. Actual options, minimums, maximums, fees, and processing periods are shown in the account cashier and may change.
Deposits must come from a lawful source and a payment method that you are authorised to use. PHSuper may reject third-party payments or request evidence that the payment account belongs to you. A successful payment instruction does not guarantee immediate credit if a provider, bank, security review, or technical process delays confirmation.
PHSuper is not a bank, savings product, investment service, or money-transfer facility. Members must not use deposits and withdrawals mainly to move money without genuine play. Unusual transaction patterns may be reviewed, and reasonable wagering requirements may apply before withdrawal.
A withdrawal may be requested through a method available in your PHSuper account. Where practical, funds may be returned through the same method used to deposit. The registered details and payment ownership must match, and identity verification may be required before approval.
PHSuper may review account history, game activity, bonus conditions, security signals, payment records, and requested documents before processing. Displayed processing periods are estimates rather than guarantees because banks and payment providers may require additional time.
Incorrect payment details can cause rejection or delay. A member remains responsible for checking the destination information before confirming a request. PHSuper may apply published transaction limits or ask that a large balance be paid in separate instalments where operational or payment-provider limits require it.
PHSuper promotions may have separate eligibility rules, validity periods, minimum deposits, wagering requirements, game contributions, maximum stakes, withdrawal limits, or excluded markets. The member must read the complete offer terms before opting in or using bonus funds.
Unless an offer states otherwise, a PHSuper bonus is personal, limited to eligible accounts, and cannot be transferred or exchanged outside its published rules. A member should not assume that every game contributes equally towards a requirement.
Bonus abuse includes creating linked accounts, coordinating with others, using irregular betting patterns solely to extract promotional value, or attempting to bypass an offer restriction. PHSuper may cancel a bonus, remove related benefits, adjust affected transactions, or restrict future offers after a fair review of suspected abuse.
Before confirming a PHSuper wager, check the event, participant, market, odds, stake, possible return, and scheduled time. Once accepted, a wager generally cannot be changed or cancelled merely because a member made an error or later changed their mind.
Displayed odds may change until PHSuper accepts the wager. Live markets may be delayed and can suspend while a point, goal, rally, decision, or other event is reviewed. A bet is valid only when it appears as accepted in the account record.
Settlement follows the result source and market rules selected by PHSuper. Postponements, abandonments, participant withdrawals, venue changes, dead heats, format changes, and obvious market errors may be handled under specific settlement provisions. Later changes by a sporting body may not alter a wager already settled unless the applicable rule states otherwise.
Game outcomes involve chance. Previous results do not guarantee future results, and no PHSuper guide, statistic, strategy, or displayed trend removes the risk of losing money.
PHSuper members must use the service honestly and for personal entertainment. The following activities are prohibited:
PHSuper may investigate suspicious behaviour and temporarily withhold affected transactions while reviewing relevant evidence. Members must cooperate with reasonable security questions and document requests.
PHSuper works to maintain stable access, but uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed. Mobile networks, internet providers, device settings, payment systems, maintenance, power interruptions, event feeds, and circumstances outside reasonable control can affect availability.
If a game disconnects, the applicable game rules determine whether it resumes, completes automatically, or becomes void. PHSuper records may be used when resolving a disagreement about timing, balances, accepted bets, game actions, or settlement.
An obvious error does not create an entitlement to an incorrect payout. If PHSuper displays a clearly incorrect price, balance, result, promotion, or settlement because of a technical or human mistake, the affected transaction may be corrected to reflect the intended and reasonable outcome.
PHSuper is entertainment for adults, not a way to earn guaranteed income or recover financial losses. Use only money that is not needed for food, housing, education, healthcare, bills, debt payments, or emergencies.
Members should set a PHP budget, limit session time, take regular breaks, and avoid playing while upset, tired, under pressure, or affected by alcohol. Never chase a previous loss by increasing stakes. PHSuper may offer account limits, breaks, or self-exclusion options under its responsible gaming procedures.
A PHSuper self-exclusion or restriction must not be bypassed by opening another account or using another person's details. If gaming no longer feels enjoyable or manageable, stop promptly and review the Responsible Gaming information before returning.
You may request closure of your PHSuper account, subject to pending withdrawals, unresolved wagers, verification, or security reviews. Account closure does not remove obligations or investigations that arose before the closure request.
PHSuper may restrict, suspend, or close an account where required for security, verification, responsible gaming, legal compliance, breach of these terms, suspected fraud, prohibited conduct, or protection of other members. Where appropriate, PHSuper may ask for clarification before reaching a final decision.
After closure, a legitimate withdrawable balance may be returned once checks and adjustments are complete. Bonus funds, promotional benefits, disputed transactions, or amounts connected to prohibited conduct may be treated according to the relevant rules.
PHSuper processes account data to register members, verify identity, operate games, manage payments, prevent fraud, provide support, meet legal obligations, and improve service. More detail is provided in the Privacy Policy.
You must not submit another person's personal data without proper authority. PHSuper may share necessary information with payment providers, verification services, game suppliers, fraud-prevention partners, professional advisers, or authorities where permitted or required.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, PHSuper is not responsible for indirect losses caused by personal betting decisions, failure to secure account credentials, unsupported devices, third-party services, or events outside reasonable operational control.
Nothing in these terms excludes a right or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. Each member remains responsible for reviewing the displayed information, checking selections, maintaining a suitable connection, and deciding whether participation fits their circumstances.
PHSuper may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect service changes, new features, security requirements, payment arrangements, responsible gaming measures, or applicable obligations. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
Material changes may be communicated through the website or account interface. Continuing to use PHSuper after updated terms take effect indicates acceptance. If you do not agree with an update, stop using the service and request account closure after resolving any outstanding balance or wager.
